I noticed that my website lost a traffic. Google webmaster tools showed that Google boot couldn't visit my website twice. Then I checked my website DNS and IP and there were some problems. My website didn't work at nights. I immediately moved my website to another hosting. Now Google boot can visit my website, but I still can't find my website in google search. I think that my website was punished.
When could I expect pardon from Google?

As soon as they've had time to find your site again

Don't be so melodramatic! It is simply your URLs couldn't be accessed so simply didn't exist.
