How r u?
I have a site with same content for diferents cities and in home page the users choose your city. The images and texts don´t change, except a price, title and description - according with the city.
1) If I change a price with javascript, i can be penalized?
2) How can google identify each subdomain is for a city?
3) Does content can be seen as duplicate?

Penalized for what?

Presumably by their content.
3) Does content can be seen as duplicate?
Yes, because as you said in your original post it IS duplicate.

But, if I use cross-domain canonical in subdomain and direct it for main domain?
