Why Do These Meta Data Analyzers Return Completely Different Answers?

1. Two meta data analyzer websites claim that my page does not have a meta description tag:

2. HOWEVER, two browser add-ons are telling me that there IS a meta description associated with that page:

I'm completely confused. Here's what the page source looks like:

<meta name="Starbucks Barista Q&A" />
<meta name="&quot;A woman we caught trying to steal our tips threw a ceramic mug at a barista.&quot;" />

It has an og:element description...which apparently is being identified as a meta description by some sources, but not by others!? Why is that??

Those are not proper Meta description tags. The meta name has to = description and then you have content="whatever your description is."
