Hi,
I just reviewed the new Advanced Index Status report in Google Webmaster Tools and noticed that our "Not Selected" urls have greatly increased this year.
March 2012:
8,000 URLs Indexed
180,000 URLs Not Selected
Oct 2012
6,000 URLs Indexed
1,600,000 URL's Not Selected
Our increase started in March and I am going to talk to the developer about it. Could this be causing any issues, with a Not Selected so high?

"not Selected" In Google Webmaster Tools

Not selected Pages are the web pages that are not indexed because they are substantially similar to other pages, or that have been redirected to another URL.
