Hi,
Index status in Google Webmasters Tools showing 46 indexed pages but 3500 (Not Selected). I wonder how come? Site has actually 50 pages.
Please help..

Webmaster tools has so many glitches it's not worth caring about most of the time.
But theoretically it is URLs that the crawlers have found but not indexed, because they are duplicates, near duplicates or exluded by a robots NOINDEX meta directive.

While Webmaster Tools can and does have many glitches, I do find it very valuable these days. They've really done a good job with it.
At any rate, you definitely should figure out where all the duplicate URLs are coming from. They usually will tell you in other areas of GWMT.
