My client's site, old-domain.com was penalized by penguin and lost all of its rankings. He used to pay Adwords for the site as well.
After a long time he decided to de-index the site using Google Webmaster Tools and blocked search engines using robots.txt. Pretty soon the site was deindexed, and he moved the website and its content to new-domain.com (he didn't redirect at all as he wants a fresh new start), after a few weeks the site got indexed by Google.
What do you recommend to do with the PPC, continue paying adwords for the old-domain which is blocked by robots.txt? or remove the site completely, and start doing the adwords for the new domain?. Does it make any difference?
Thanks
Carlos
