I have created list of clients on my site and some are in good numbers. I have pagination for these. In seomoz results, all the pages comes as duplicate titles cause there is just the page # which is different in the url. I have a Joomla site.
Should I bother with it or not?

If you don't expect to receive direct search engine traffic to those pages than no need to bother.

Search engines do not see document fragments (sections accessed with a #) as individual URIs

You can use the rel=next and rel=prev on those as well.
