I had faced an SEO exam two days ago. There were in total 30 questions. Among them, I was unable to answer 3 questions... Dynamic keyword insertion is one of them.
The question was:
What is dynamic keyword insertion in SEO terms? What do you think about it?
So, I was hoping if some could share a tutorial on this matter.

It has nothing to do with SEO, it's an Adwords thing. (Which you presumably know since you put the topic in the PPC forum.)
I'm sure Google Adwords has lots of information on what it consists of.
SEO and Paid Search like PPC are completely different animals. Surely you know that?

Would you consider someone who has "read about keyword insertion from Google" an expert on the subject AND trust them with your money for Adwords management?
No offense, but if they're looking for an "expert" you may not be the right candidate.

Or indeed consider them to be good enough to employ to tweak, promote etc the website that your business relies on so heavily with no track record.
