I am looking for an alternative to clicktale. (clicktale only records visitor activity) I would like to see how my web visitors use my website in real time.
Is there such software available?

Yes google analytics has real time now.

that is only showing IP addresses and time duration spent on the website-page. I have a live chat software which shows that too.
I need something which shows me how the visitor is using the website, when does he click and where and when does he scroll down etc... just like i was sitting behind his shoulder.
The clicktale software does this but it does it in an archived way and the clicktale script slows down my customers' website.
Ideally i would like to get a software which does this in real time.
For instance: click on the ip of the visitor and in a new window I could see what the visitor is actually doing on the page. I need this to understand how the visitors are using the site so I can improve it.
I need something which shows me how the visitor is using the website, when does he click and where and when does he scroll down etc... just like i was sitting behind his shoulder.

No real time ga does not show ip and time on page. It shows exactly where people are on your site in real time.

Google Analytics does not show me what i need. it only shows which page they are presently reading. I actually want to see their browser with my website in it.
I want to see my web visitor's browser on my computer and see how he uses my website.

Don't know of anything that does that. You may want to check out Get Clicky which has some real time stuff.
