I want to display country name in SERP like this.

YOU can't.

This has been around since 2010 but were usually only shown on Google Product searches, where the location of the result may matter in relation to the ccTLD of the Google UI you are searching from.

So if you were searching from google.co.uk and the URL that was displayed was known by Google to be in a different location to the UK it would be flagged with country of origin.

If you searched from google.com they would rarely, if ever show up, simply because .com is not specific to any country.

I see this on one of my own sites.

I flagged the site in question in Google Webmaster Tools as being targeted at the USA. When I search for it in Google UK, I see the site listed as usual. But if I then click on "Sites from the UK", I still see the site, but with "United States" against the title.
