Hichem, I've gone through this entire thread again because I thought from your recent post that there was some question you were asking, yet weren't receiving an answer.
However, it doesn't appear to be that way. It seems to be more of a thread just talking about Google Penguin. So what is it that you want to know about Penguin?
I think the other posters here haven't done the ole "answer the question with other questions" as sometimes happens, because there wasn't a question to begin with.
Do you have a specific question about Penguin that I missed?
