I would like to request for a proposal for my company's website search engine optimization.
We're in the asset surplus management industry, our business and target audience is international, we mainly deal with the acquisition and disposal of heavy machineries.
In terms of how our site functions, it's much like a B2B platform. Where sellers can register and submit their own item for sale and buyers can register and make purchase enquiry on such listing. We'll also be having an auction system soon. To simplify our business, we're similar to car dealer where we're the middle person of the transaction. We help sellers get a good price in their machinery and we help buyers acquire the machinery they want, the only thing is we excluded any point of contact between sellers and buyers, we're after all the middle man.
Some of the pages of our site is restricted, particularly our product listing and auction (coming soon) because we want users to register before they are able to view anything. If this restriction pose as a problem for optimization,
In terms of budget, it's in the range of USD $800 - $1500 / month for 6 month period. Since the budget allocation is quite sizable (at least for us), I will hire another SEO consultant to help review the seo proposals we've gotten and advice us on the technical aspects and ensuring the person we're hiring is fit for the job.
My expectations for the seo proposal must be in depth and you can be as technical as you want since we will have a consultant on board to review it. Details of where our money is going is important coming from a business owner point of view, a concrete plan of strategies, structure, workflow, type of guarantees, techniques, case studies will be appreciated. Please do not provide us with a templated proposal.
