According to Google Analytics the traffic for one of my websites went down after the latest Google Update from 6500 unique visitors/day to 4900 unique visitors/day , strange is that Adsense went down with 50% on daily incommings in the same time.
What could be the reason for this gap between analytics and adsense % ?
Shall it be ranking changes on different CPC keywords ?

According to this article, there are at least eight possible reasons for a difference between the AdSense report and your analytics figures:
Why don't my page views in AdSense match my website's stats?
I've also seen this kind of discrepancy, although not on the same scale as the figure you mentioned.
