Hello,
I started my site with own CMS and optimized it for a specific geographical area. Some days later I changed the CMS to plain HTML and also updated title text, Meta description, body text but Google still showing old title text and description. I pointed old URLs to new URLs using apache 301 redirection. I am taking look on Google’s web master tool for crawler access but i see there are no errors.
Any idea what's going on? Give me some instruction.

Google has been making up its own page titles for a while now. If they decide yours ain't good enough, they just create your own. A lot of weighting comes from innound anchor text

Ah yes, good point OWG. Or it may also be your DMOZ title or description.
Check to see if the same Title comes up for different search queries.

Thank you, Jill Whalen
I am one of your students. I started learning SEO from your lynda.com video training.
Now google is showing new data and my multiple pages are showing in SERPs. Today i analyzed my site with 21 keyword phrases among them google is showing 6 results, yahoo showing 18 results and bing is showing 17 results. I have targeted 12 primary keyword phrases and google is showing 6 of them, yahoo and bing is showing all of them; some are in position 1. It is about 1 and half month i am optimizing my site. Is that a good sign or bad?
Thanks...

It's a good sign, but now it's time to use your web analytics and start measuring your traffic and conversions.
