does anyone know how this website pulls this off?

if you save the website (save page complete) and view the source code from the saved file the root directory on a lot of the files are:

"Example%20Label%20%20Men's%20Dress%20Shirts,%20Cust om%20Dress%20Shirts,%20Tailored%20Dress%20Shirts_f iles/

but if you view the page on the internet and save only the source code from the internet it comes up with a short mundane root directory name (not the same)

It seems that google likes this technique because a couple of websites using this method rank high for the selected keywords. I have seen the articles about link cloaking but this seems different. Does anyone know how this is done?

Nothing at all to do with SEO, search engines or anything else even remotely connected with folders, root or otherwise!

When you save a file from your browser it is saved with the document title as the filename and the folder name on your local drive that contains the images and other files that were requested from the server.
