Hey all,

Any evidence to my speculation that longer domain names and mini-sites are penalized by Google? Last week I had a site ranking on several keywords - now none.

Maybe out of context but the guidelines claim that one shouldn't "...create multiple pages, subdomains, or domains with substantially duplicate content."

Welcome azraelmustdye!

It's difficult to say what is going on yet at Google. You'll have to wait a few more days or weeks to know for sure as G is right in the middle of a big change.

All kinds of sites different have been hit, regardless of the length of the domain name, or the whole mini-site thing.
