You'd have a hard time finding a bar around here that didn't serve at least one Irish brew, and I'm not just talking about those silly neo-crypto-pseudo-fako Irish pubs that have been sprouting up all over the place with their silly Gaellic street signs all over the walls and names like Tir Na Nog, the Druid, the Thirsty Scholar, the Burren, etc etc etc.

Ah, back to work for us too!
Nice to have an Official day off when the rest of the World have to work
Went to the Pub - backed the winner in the 3.20 at Cheltenham (yes, the pub is where you place your bets) - drank too much and staggered home.
All in all - a pretty good St. Paddy's Day

Barry, we are almost there in Wales as having St Davids day an offifcial national holiday, maybe next year

The Holyoke, MA, St. Patrick's Day Parade is Sunday, the 21st. Supposed to be one of the biggest in the nation. Now that's celebrating. :need a parade smiley:
