Please can someone can help me, I am trying to set-up a Password protected Directory which only needs the PW to be entered and not a Username.
So either the server will only require a Password or maybe the Username can be passed via a Link URL.
The server is Linux with cPanel WHM.

the easiest is probably using cpanel. there is a video here that sorts it for you http://www.google.co... protect folder
