We have a site containing information about the three classes we run: Public Speaking, Social Anxiety, and Acting.
It's a very simple site and not much attention has been paid to SEO optimization.
The home page is solely focused on the public speaking classes, with page links to the other two classes.
The site was created in 1999.
We rank 1 or 2... and always on the first page for most keywords like: public speaking, public speaking nyc, public speaking classes, etc.
We rank terribly for social anxiety or acting keywords.
My question is this: Are we sitting on a gem of a domain because of it's age - and would be wise to flesh out the acting and social anxiety pages to suck off the domain success? Would this dilute our success with public speaking keywords?
Or are we better off creating a new site for the other two classes with the advantage of focused optimization.
Thanks in advance for any suggestions.

The age won't matter that much, especially if you're competing against other domains of comparable age (greater than 10 years).
You probably have more value in your reputation and connections throughout your industry than in your domain.
