I'm and SEO noob, and I'm trying to sort out what practices I currently follow that might harm a site's SEO. Jill's list of "85 Reasons..." was very interesting, but the brevity of the points left me with questions. #59 is: "They use drop-down menus as the sole navigation of a site." I wondered why CSS dropdowns would be a problem, and after a quick search on the forums, I found this: http://www.highranki...h...9&hl=flyout
So now I'm puzzled. What does item #59 mean? That thread indicates that they are no problem.
