Dears,
when someone buys a new domain, say www.MyDomain.com, & s/he wants to start working on that website after a period, say 3 months or 1 year, Then, is it better to create a page "Under Construction" Or just to keep the domain as it is? Will any of them affect the website's SEO? I mean on the SEO domain history?
