I have changed my hosting several times due to several issues -
That aside - I think I have finally found a new home.
As long as I do the move correctly - shouldnt be a problem right? The domain and URLs are what counts right?

It's generally not a problem. Usually it's more of a hassle for the person changing servers than it is for the search engines.

However (for the benefit of others) your predicament does emphasize the need to evaluate the quality of a Host before placing your (or clients) site with them. It doesn't take long to get a pretty good idea of accessibility of support, facilities and performance before making a very important decision.
