Sometimes we got a link from a site whose Home page PR(Page Rank) is 6 (say) and I got a link from a page from the same site but the page is different whose PR is 0.will I get any benefit from it ? or it's useless to get links from PR(0). If I 'll get benefit then please explain it how PR will pass in this scenario.

You only get the benefit of the PR from the page your link is on.
Of course, there's no way to know what that is as you can only see toolbar PR which is only updated 3 or 4 times a year.
