High Authority Pages

No because no one actually knows what an "authority page" is.
AND if everybody knew what one was and how to find them AND could get links from them easily, you could pretty much guarantee they would NOT remain "authority pages" for very long!
AND you are looking at the arong criteria for getting links.
Q: Why do you want links?
A: To make my page rank higher so it gets more visitors!
Q: So why not cut out the middle man and get links that send visitors?
A: Oh I'd never thought about that!
