Tracking Orders Coming From Adwords?

How can I track orders beeïng processed through adwords? Not just target links but actual orders which are submitted?

Test orders? Or track orders?
You can track them via your Google Analytics.

I meant "track". I just edited it.
I know I can track visitors but can I also track visitors only coming from adwords + which lead to actual purchase?
That would seem very handy. Advertising could become predictable. You could increase your budget and tactics to get the most return out of it. Now it is just guessing for me. Do most advertisers do this and have I just been missing out of this?

It's all in your analytics as long as your accounts are synced.

Oh one additional question: Is it possible to install this if the order proces is located at another website (which I also own)?

Yes but it can be complicated. Read all the google help files and perhaps contact your Adwords rep.
