For some reason over the last month we have dropped with keywords dual sim phone, dual sim phones, dual sim mobile phones and dual sim mobile phone no longer top.
Our dual sim mobile and dual sim mobiles are just hanging on in there.
I've looked in webmaster central and only appears to remove old links that were linked to a long time ago but not present for nearly a year.
We have also added a php based webshop with a index.php.
This page is the 2nd index page ie our home page is freeyourmobile . Com / index.HTML.
This was added about 5 months ago and not affected placement till now.
We used to point the menu to our other website freeyourmobile . Biz and have changed that to point to the .com php pages and ranking has not changed.
this is really confusing me as the .biz an actinic store always ranked lower on google .co.uk but we used as the shop but now it ranks higher but the same as previous.
Any tips would be apreciated.

I suggest you browse the discussions here and look for Website issues that may be similar to your own. Think about changes you may have made, no matter how trivial they may seem to you, or link building tactics you may have engaged in over the past few months.
Review Google's guidelines very closely. Don't give yourself the benefit of the doubt. If you feel tempted to make an excuse or rationalize something you have done, that might be an area where you need to make some changes.
