Panda may have come, but it's certainly not gone. It's going to continue to be ongoing from what I understand.

One of my sites has dropped on all keywords and we have changed nothing on site.
Looking on webmaster central it looks as if its been indexing forums on really old posts which now highlight as our pages are missing.
Is that one of the changes?

Mainly the Panda updates seem to be about Google downgrading sites that they felt didn't really deserve the rankings they had previously been receiving from them. It typically doesn't effect an entire site, but certain keywords.
