This is a good faith posting, in search of a partner or other collaborative relationship:

I am an ethical entrepreneur and marketing specialist, based in Los Angeles. I have spearheaded the development and marketing of numerous websites, both for clients and for my own portfolio. I am knowledgeable in SEO, SEM and social media, as well as every traditional marketing/advertising modality, including public relations. I have also had experience with most every conceivable industry vertical.

I am looking to collaborate with an accomplished SEO specialist/developer, to build a virtual real estate empire, by acquiring under-performing sites and domains, enhancing them, monetizing them and flipping (reselling) them, if/when appropriate. I already have a few such properties, but they represent only the tip of a potentially very large iceberg. We will agree upon a fair share of the revenues or profits "only".

Additionally, I am willing to help generate client business for SEO, web development and all facets of marketing, until the aforementioned web assets are generating sufficient sales and profits.

I am a straight shooter and am looking for the same, but not someone who will aim at my back. Been there. I go out of my way to be fair (or more than) and expect you to follow suit, in the interest of a successful, enduring relationship.

If you can demonstrate verifiable success in consistently generating page 1 results on Google (organic), for competitive key terms and are a win-win, team player, let's talk. I am also open to hearing from other webpreneurs or marketers, who feel that they can add value to such a venture, but targeted traffic-driving ability is clearly the priority.

Serious, honest people only, please. Los Angeles area presence would be ideal. USA (physical) presence and fluent American English are essential.
