Looking For Link Consulatation

Hi,
I need a price quote on a small job.

I have a links page on my site on which i have some reciprocal links. I have about 50 links on that page. I have some reasons to belive that I m being penalized by google for linking to some of those site.

I'll like someone to take a look at those 50 links and advise me on which ones to keep and which one to throw away.

Inspite of getting quality non-reciprocal links, my ranking is falling. The links page really does make me suspicious as something that I am doing wrong. I have given it out on contract for reciprocal links and not sure if some of those sites are considered spammy.

I'll just send you the URL over PM and tell you ones that make me especially suspicious as possible penalty link.
