I am looking for a marketer to increase traffic and sales for my clients websites. The candidate must:

1. have 4-5 years experience in online marketing and SEO/SEM
2. have excellent command of spoken and written English
3. Have a proven track record of increasing traffic AND sales for websites
4. Know how to use social media to increase web traffic
5. Understand that good content is critical, and be able to create valuable content (blog posts etc..) to promote my clients sites on blogs and forums.
6. Have experience with PPC advertising and PPC ROI analysis
7. Have enough technical ability to upload podcasts and submit RSS feeds to sites
8. Be able to document their work and create plans
9. Some website management and customer service may be needed.
10. Be very ethical

I am looking for an Marketing EXPERT, not a newbie. I have a budget of $2000 per month and am willing to pay 20$ per hour, but I am also like to create a results based contract so that we can ensure maximum results. I am looking for someone to work with me to create and implement highly effective online marketing strategies for my clients.
