I have a keyword phrase with low competition, but good search results.
The grammar used is not what I would normally use in a title.
Example: ‘How to DO Fences’ is the Google search phrase. Or, how I would write it, ‘How to BUILD Fences.’
Should I use the search term as is or change it? I want to use it as the articles title with additional wording.
It’s kind of like a misspelled keyword deal, I just wondered what forum members thoughts where?
Thanks for any advise.

With Keyword Research, you have to use your own common sense. It's likely that's not actually a searched upon phrase and the tool is simply wrong.

Good grammar or bad grammar, if it get's traffic in google I go after it.
I would recommend you check though you don't get that "did you mean..." when searching for your keyword, if so I would change it.
