We are planning to re-do our website and we want to get a SEO consultant involved from the start.
Initially we will need help with planning, strategy, picking a CMS, architecture, navigation, etc. At this stage, I do not know everything that is involved, so hopefully I'm providing enough detail. There seems to be a lot of "how to" information, especially at this site (thanks Jill), but not much on the strategic level. (If you are spending time at Jill's site, I figure you follow good SEO principles.)
We are 12 year old small business that sells B2B. We use the web for lead generation and to demo our products. We have no optimized pages, so we are starting from scratch. We have been doing PPC since the good old days, when clicks on Overture were a penny.
