Regarding the outsourcing of SEM I have two questions:
1. A new course will go live in a couple of months (dozens more to follow in the next years). The language of it will be in English and the target group is situated in the UK, USA/Canada and Australia. We will probably outsource SEM, but will it be better to outsource it to one organisation/person who will handle all these countries, or will it be better to have specialized people for each country?
2. If we outsource it, what are typical ways of paying the person that is taking care of SEM? It can be on turnover, but it doesn't mean it is optimal, or on most sales, with lowest costs, but what is there to be gained for the PPC person then?
