Changing New Host Affect Ranking?

Hi Guys,

I am going to change my hosting company soon. My website rank pretty good on Google/Yahoo/Bing, but I wonder whether it will affect my ranking once it move? crossfingers.gif

PS. all the content, domain name.....etc will stay the same.
