but if we have any forum members from Madrid, or anywhere in Spain, I'd just like to express how shocked & saddened I, and I expect most of us, feel about yesterday's attack.
Just an expression of solidarity.

It's a shame what the world is coming to these days...

I'm new, and I'm from Madrid.
At first, sorry, but my english isn't so good as i wish. It's my first post, but I read you in silent since a lot of months ago, and I'm not new in seo's world.
Thanks everybody. In madrid we know all of us are in your minds. I only hope that someday we can live in peace, and someday we could celebrate the terrorist's end.

Glad you came out of lurk-mode, even under these unfortunate circumstances.

All of us here in the US understand the shock you're going through, and our hearts go out to everyone in Madrid.

And I hear the latest word is that ETA says they had nothing to do with it.
Posted 12 March 2004 - 02:44 PM
ETA admitting it - would gain them nothing from the fanatics and might lose them sympathy for the fence sitters. So they are best off letting people think what they think - after all, that increases the terror involved and that's the point.
My sincerest sympathies to all involved. I was living in the US on 9-11 and remember the shock and horror quite clearly. I've never been prouder of my southern neighbours in the way they responded by sticking together, donating blood, and generally doing the exact opposite of what the terrorists wanted.
I'm equally proud of the emergency response and citizen response in Spain, and I wish them the absolute best in this time of trouble.

So sorry about the shock and anger you're going through. Being a US citizen, I can understand.
