I have a website loaded within googles webmaster tools.
The website, when first loaded onto the web was horrible for SOEs, and this was reflected within the stats with google webmaster tool.
I have fixed a lot of the website presentation, unique titles and descriptions, H1 populated, sitemaps, etc
How long would it take for google crawler to scan my site and re post updated and hopefully better data within google webmaster tools reports.
I notices that crawler has been once already over my site, yet I see little change with the reports of google webmaster tool.
any ideas??

Wait a few weeks for changes to appear in your Google Webmaster Tools data.

What sort of data are you expecting to get from Google's Webmaster Tools? There's not all that much useful stuff there other than finding some technical issues.
You're much better off making sure you're using Google Analytics. That's where you'll find much more useful data.
