I created a hotsite about astrologic for 2011 and insert links in related old pages to hotsite.
This is considered black hat and google penalization for this?

Regards,
Marcel

Yes. Most likely you'll be banned from the Internet forever. Maybe even from the planet.

If it's your content, you can embed whatever links you want any time you want to embed links.

Sure, if you don't mind living on Uranus.

I insert related links in content about astrologic 2010 to astrologic 2011.

This is a black hat? We can say that old content is unchanged?

The pages returned in a better position and after hours dropped again.

How long time penalization?

Wow, I can't believe you're still around. I thought for sure you had been booted off the planet by now. Hmm...maybe it's not a penalty afterall...

No, it is not black hat to add links from your old pages to your new pages. That is just a normal part of having a website.

As long as you are not trying to trick the search engines, you are just adding links to your new content so visitors and the search engine spiders can find the new content.

Don't worry about your drop in rankings, this is normal and can happen to any web page from time to time.

Just give it a while and see what happens. Adding links from old pages to new ones will not cause you to be penalized.

It may be a bummer to experience, but it wasn't a penalty, just the normal fluctuation everyone experiences from time to time in the search engines. searchme.gif
