Google does not publish the percentage they pay. And since most of the pricing is bid-based, it's difficult to know what the original CPC was in the first place.
I've seen some people estimate and guess and spend a lot of time trying to work it out, but in the end... it's just a guess. Things change and get adjusted often.

Why does it matter? It's the amount of money per click that counts. You can't bank a percentage.
