Dears,

Will there be any difference of indexing a pdf file if it either downloadable or just opens on the browser?
and what is the best practices for letting it indexed by search engine fast?

Open or "Save as" on download is a user/browser choice or setting, to a SE crawler/indexer it's merely a URI (a pointer to a resource).
