I see a lot of posts for ClickTracks back in 2005 but we are almost in 2011 now and I'm wondering if there is system a little easier to use than Google Analytics. I find that not only do I have a good amount of dropped referral data with GA but I'd love it if the software did a little more work in helping me interpreting so much information. Is there anything that goes a few steps further in terms of perhaps analyzing results or suggesting areas of interest to investigate? I see Omniture has become quite popular, any comments on it?

Google Analytics, imo, is the best around. Especially for the price (free). You'd be hard pressed to find anything even close to comparable. I personally like it way better than Omniture, and Omniture is super expensive.
