Hello,
I'm new to the forum. thanks for your time with my question.
When I enter "www.mysite.com" in Yahoo Site Explorer it says that I have 2068 "In Links".
When I enter just "mysite.com" it says I only have 127 links.
I'm guessing that there are 127 pages linking to my actual homepage (index.php) and 2068 linking to all the pages in my site? Does that sound correct?

I think it would mean that there are 127 links pointing to the non-www version and 2068 pointing to the www version. But I'd have to play with the tool a bit to see if that's correct.
