Hi

This is Ray.

Is anyone out there using Extreme Tracker for tracking stats (visitors to site, origin, keywords used, etc?) Their URL is: http://www.extreme-dm.com/tracking/

I am webmaster for http://www.coverscript.com/ the host is Geocities (Yahoo). They provide various statistics but in most cases they are eiher generalized or insufficient to enable me to work out ROI (Return of Investment) including important factors such as web log server of specifically what sites visited and breakdown of keywords used.

I spent at least a 10 to 12 hour day searching for various tracking software programs, including viewing all that are listed in this forum. As far as I can see the only expanded stats I need are: Who visited and from what site and keywords used.

Every tracking system I viewed, from my viewpoint, was either too complex, hard to set up or too expensive (or any combination of all three).

The only tracking system which I eventually found to suit my needs was Extreme Tracker. Apparency is that it is easy to install (code placed on your HTML page) - non complex and $5 per month for their "Non Public Tracker".

I've sent two emails to Extreme Tracker but have received no reply -- the following is the question I asked...

Anyhow, as I said our site is hosted by Geocities (Yahoo) paid service. I would still like to keep their tracking code on the web site pages (don't think I have a choice as it is hidden code on my HTML page) -- can I still insert Extreme Tracker's code and keep Geocities code on our HTML pages without there being a conflict?

Well, the above is a lot longer than I expected it to be!

I look forward to anybody's input.

Thanks,
Ray
