I am so fed up! I have only been with this hosting company since 10th of Feb and so far, my e-mail settings have fallen off once (though no-one could tell me how), they then changed servers and took over old files instead of new files (their words, not mine) so I lost my e-mail settings again and now I go to check the site and lo and behold, thre is a server error and the darn thing cannot be found!!!!!!!!!

I could scream. I wouldn't mind, but I have been networking today and have handed my card out to people who are going to go home and look at my site, only to find, it isn't there!!!!!!

This flippin company charge me a small fortune to call them too but of course I will have no choice, cos they don't answer the blinkin e-mails!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I think I need a drink

Try netfronts or lunarpages
I am sure people here have a couple of more suggestions.

One of the reasons why I originally started running my own server(s). Being a control freak can be a good thing sometimes.

Would it be against Forum Rules to give us a hint as to who you're referring to?

Cheers

I use IHWY.com and am satisfied - 'course I'm the Prez there LOL...

Mail is hell these days. In the last month we've doubled CPU power, quintupled RAM, updated the OS, and today we start an experimental DCC greylisting technique all because the server that was operating at 7% of capacitiy on New Year's Day hit 90% in the first week of February. Each fix seems to buyanother week or two at most. I have high hopes for the new technique though.
