I'm in need of an experienced SEO professional to help me with a client SEO job. While nowhere near an expert in SEO, I've spent several months updating the site to include many of the required elements, but we're not seeing the traffic increases and ranking changes that we'd like. I'm running low on time to show some results, and I think it's time to bring in an expert.

I am more than capable of implementing all the recommendations provided by whomever works with me, but I just need some solid guidance on better keyword selection, content organization and generation, navigation structure, and most importantly, a solid backlink strategy. keyword rankings are secondary - the bottom line is that I need to show the client significantly improved traffic.

some requirements:

1. would like to see some references, and before/after results
2. you have a good reputation here on the forum
3. you really understand SEO
4. you're comfortable providing all proposed changes to me and allowing me to implement.
