Google Indexing Parameters

We are having a problem with Google indexing URLs with tracking parameters in natural search. Google is indexing Google Adwords and Omniture parameters and refids.

Is this effecting the decline in our rankings? Is Google seeing this as duplicate content? If so, how can we fix this problem?

Your best bet is to use the canonical link element. Otherwise known as rel=canonical.
