eTrafficJams.com, a search engine optimization company, is seeking to add a motivated, experienced team player to their search engine optimization staff. This person will be involved in designing and implementing search engine optimization solutions for new and existing clients (we provide training if you are just getting into SEO).

This includes (but is not limited to) creating keyword analysis’, all facets of HTML optimization, search engine registrations and submissions, building and maintaining quality link partners and monthly reporting. Candidate should have the ability to write analytical reports and easily adapt to evolving industry trends. Knowledge of HTML programming is required. A good command of the English language is a key element for this position. Person must be efficient and have an enthusiastic work ethic. They must be comfortable speaking with clients and able to juggle multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines. Experience with safe, effective search engine optimization is a must.

Requirements:

• Proven SEO Results
• Experience with keyword research and analysis & tools
• Understand how search engines and their spiders work
• Execute all facets of SEO Implementation
• Knows and stays up-to-date with all of the S/Engines and Directory guidelines
• Build and maintain quality link partners
• Monitor and maintain search engine rankings
• Monthly reporting for clients
• Experience with WebTrend type tools
• Have HTML Programming Knowledge and Tools
• Easily adapt to evolving industry trends
• Excellent organizational skills
• Attention to detail
• Excellent follow through skills
• Able to regulate multiple tasks
• Independent worker and definite self-starter
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
• Thorough knowledge of the Internet, MS Word, Excel and Outlook
• Minimum of one year experience in an Online Marketing / SEO position
