We looking for a all-in-one Service from an experienced Link Builder.
Here is the minimum requirements per month:
Our monthly Budget is 500$

We require 50 one way HIGH QUALITY links from Page Rank 3 and above topic related websites.

Only white hat, ethical link-building tactics will be considered. Links must not come from duplicate C-Class IP Addresses. The Page Rank values apply to link pages, not to the homepage of the domain of the link pages used. The relevant anchor text keywords will be provided after the project has been awarded.

1. Permanent links only
2. Niche: Web Shop, Accessories and Spare Parts
3. PR3 or higher.
4. Quantity of links: 50
5. At lease 20 or the links must be from .ie websites.

Links will only be counted if they meet the set criteria.


The following types of links are NOT accepted:

-No Links in comments, blog comments & blog spots.
-No Forums home / footer / in links.
-No Social bookmarking / Network Sites.
-No Classifieds and FFA networks.
-No Porn, Adult, Wares Related sites.
-No Dropped domains related websites / Blogs Links.
-No Link brokerage networks links (6 month, 1 year contract links).
-No any unethically received link.
-No rel=nofollow links in the HTML.
-No Pages blocked by robots.txt.
-No classified ads.
-No dynamic links.
-No sponsored links.
-No black hat, grey hat or shady tactics.
-Absolutely NO links from websites with a google penalty or google ban.

These links are accepted:
-Established Quality Blogs / Websites, Homepage text link or Blog roll link (No comments links).
-Established Websites PR3 of higher pages Text link.
-links Permanent.
-Recent Google cache (not later than 30 days).
-Domain in Google cache must be the same as the domain where the link is placed!!
-English language sites only.
-WHITE HAT techniques only.
-Links must be manually submitted. Please do not use automated software.
-There must be no more than 20 outbound links on the linking page.
-All links must be DO-Follow. nofollow tags or robot.txt blocking are not acceptable.
-No links from directories unless specifically related to our industry.
-one link per Domain
-Linked Page should be navigated from the sites homepage with no more than 1 click
-Links MUST be from sites relevant to the industry of our website
-Google guidelines for building links must be followed.

You must provide the following information, preferably in a spreadsheet,
Link URL
Linking page PR
Link Text
IP address
Date submitted
PR of the page where the link is placed
Dated link accepted

Payment:
* Payment will be released in 2 installments. The first installment of 50% will be released upon the completion of 25 quality links in accordance with project requirements. The remaining 50% will be released upon the completion of the final 25 quality links in accordance with the project requirements. All links will be checked before payment is sent so all requirements must be met.
Every link will be checked for 10 days after the reports will be provided and then payment will be issued.

If you can meet the above requirements and can link to pages with the PR values we require, then bid and we will select the best.
