Actually, I'm not in disagreement with you on much of what you've said.

I agree;

- we live in an imperfect world
- people will knowlingly break the rules
- if people choose to engage in areas that fall within the 'shades of grey,' that is their choice

Congratulations on doing well in the market, but there's no need to state anything for the record; there is no record. Its just a friendly, spirited discussion.

My only point "for the record" was a simply to illustrate that I know how the market works, nothing more, nothing less.

There is how the market should work, and then there is how the market does work.
