Not too sure about that - I've had grits.
Grits and fried okra don't sound so bad anymore, do they?
I may have to go with the finger, but not in a salad, preferrably deep-fried.

Ah - I think the original is a British myth put into musical format by "Sweeny Todd - The Demon Barber of Fleet Street." A barber who kills his customers in order for his mother to make meat pies. It's a pretty hilarious show.
There was a hilarious movie (can't recall the title) from Taiwan or somewhere in that area about a guy who kills the owner of a restaurant and takes over the place. He chops up the owner's body and makes "pork dumplings" out of it. And they become enormously popular! He has to keep killing people to keep up the supply of his secret ingredient.
