Hi,
I have a member who I have set up with GOAN, the status in his account shows 'collecting data' and that the script is installed correctly.
However, he's been running GOAN for @ 2 months now and his report shows ZERO, no visits, no page views, nothing.
Now we know that isn't correct as we both have visited the site, even if no one else has, which we know also isn't the case because they've told us!
Is anyone else experiencing this problem or know a solution?
I found this recent thread on GOAN help forum http://www.google.co...g...81f88&hl=en
But as yet no answer, and they seem to be having the same problem.
Cheers,

Could you PM me the URL of the site, you've made me curious enough to want to take a look and see whether I can spot the issue.

Maka spotted the mistake, has a keen eye for sure!
The user when copy pasting their UA number had accidently put a preceeding space in it.
That doesn't answer the question why GOAN when you recheck the status is claiming it was intalled correctly?
I run the process a couple of times to be sure!
Hey ho, thanks Maka!
